The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Metro Manila. Each party shall bear their own costs of arbitration. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, with very limited grounds for appeal.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

plot77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, engagement in prohibited activities, provision of false information, suspicious or fraudulent activity, inactivity exceeding twelve (12) months, or at our sole discretion if we determine your continued use poses risk to plot77 or other users.

10.2 User Right to Close Account

You may close your plot77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you following completion of verification procedures and settlement of any pending obligations. Bonuses and promotional funds may be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, plot77 reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance, void pending withdrawals, and retain funds to offset any damages or losses incurred by plot77.
